Menu and Ingredients
We make four types of sushi: California rolls, decorative sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, and battleship rolls, ensuring a satisfying quantity for adults. Our standard menu primarily uses raw fish. (Please note that the types of fish may vary from the images shown below due to sourcing availability.)
We can also accommodate various requests such as non-raw fish options, allergies, or vegetarian preferences with individual preparation of ingredients (prior notification is required).

Weekdays (no classes on weekends or holidays)
10:30-13:00 (2.5 hours)
Fee
8,500 yen per adult (12 years and over)
5,000 yen (tax included) per child (ages 8 to 12)

2 to 8 people

2 days before (if the scheduled date is available)
Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

All seasonings and ingredients used in this class are Halal-compliant, and no alcohol or pork is used. (We comply with Halal regulations based on the guidance of the Made in Japan Halal Support Council .)
However, the cookware and dishes used in this class are the same as those used in other regular classes.
